The Edo State House of Assembly has summoned the member representing Egor Constituency, Natasha Osawaru, to appear before the Ethics and Privileged committee within one week.

The speaker, Mr Blessing Agbebaku who gave the directive during plenary, observed that Osawaru should appear before the committee to explain why she was dragging the name of the Assembly in the mud with her conduct.

While explaining that it was the responsibility of the members of the Assembly to conduct themselves well, Mr. Agbebaku pointed out that the female lawmaker been trending on social media and television for the wrong reason.

The Speaker noted that the committee would submit its finding to the House in two weeks time.

Recall that Natasha Osawaru has been trending recently after a video where she was having an altercation with her husband, Innocent Idibia surfaced online.
