Israeli Prime Minister, BENJAMIN NETANYAHU has expressed his gratitude to United States President, JOE BIDEN for his 50 years of support for the state of Israel.

The appreciation came during Prime Minister NETANYAHU's visit to the White House— his first since 2020, when DONALD TRUMP was president. 

Prospects for a cease-fire agreement between Israel and Hamas militants was also discussed at the meeting.

White House officials have the cease-fire talks are in the closing stages, but some issues still need to be addressed.
