Meanwhile, President Buhari has congratulated the Chairman of UBA Plc, Tony Elumelu on the occasion of his 60th birthday. 

The President said the distinguished banker and philanthropist has brought honour and pride to Nigeria and Africa.

Presidential Buhari conveyed his wishes through the Special Adviser to the President, Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina.

He prays for long life, good health and wisdom for the Humanitarian.
