In a bid to reduce carbon emissions in Ogun State, the state government has revealed plans to convert vehicles running on petrol to gas.

The state governor, DAPO ABIODUN, gave the hint during a meeting with the transport union members from Ogun Central.

According to a press statement issued in Abeokuta by the governor’s chief press secretary, KUNLE SOMORIN, the conversion project has been named ‘Ogun Going Green Project’.
