Nigerian President, MUHAMMADU BUHARI has felicitated with the royal family after the news of the passing of Queen Elizabeth ll of the United Kingdom.

In a statement signed by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, GARBA SHEHU, the president said the queen who was the longest reigning monarch was the only British Sovereign known to 90 percent of Nigeria’s population.

President BUHARI who welcomed the heir to the throne, King Charles the III prayed that his reign will witness the continuing robust and sisterly relations between the two nations.
