The Nigeria Governors’ Forum have once again hit back at the Minister of Justice ABUBAKAR MALAMI over the planned deduction of 418 million dollars from the Paris Club refund as payment to some consultants.

Chairman of the Forum, Governor KAYODE FAYEMI while briefing newsmen after a meeting in Abuja, described the claims of the Minister as fraudulent.

The Governors also vowed to pursue the matter to the highest court in the land.

Last Thursday, the Justice Minister had said that the governors have no basis to refuse the payments to consultants they hired, arguing that the governors created the liability themselves.
