President MUHAMMADU BUHARI has expressed disappointment at the intelligence system at the Medium Security Custodial Centre, Kuje in Abuja.

He made the statement during an assessment of the Kuje Correctional centre which came under attack by terrorists on Tuesday night.

The Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, GARBA SHEHU quoted the President, who questioned the organization of terrosrists, their access and possession of arms, the attack and their escape. 

Soon after he arrived at the facility, the President was briefed on  the attack by the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Interior, Dr SHUAIB BELGORE, and the Controller General of Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS), HALIRU NABABA.
