Justice EMEKA NWITE of the Federal High Court in Abuja has denied the bail application of suspended deputy commissioner of police,ABBA KYARI.

The court ruled that the plaintiff, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has placed sufficient evidence before the court enough for it to refuse bail.

The NDLEA had in its counter-affidavits to ABBA KYARI’s bail application, argued that it is inappropriate to grant bail, because of the possibility of him jumping bail.
