Rivers State Governor, NYESOM WIKE has declared his intention to run for the Presidency in the 2023 general elections on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Governor WIKE made his intention known in Makurdi, Benue State after a meeting with PDP stakeholders.

The Rivers state chief executive while addressing newsmen after his declaration; said that if voted into office, his priority will be to tackle the growing insecurity in the country and engender rule of law
