The former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor, and governor elect of Anambra State, CHARLES SOLUDO has been inaugurated as the fifth civilian governor of Anambra State today.

Although the new governor said the event will be low-key, however, the venue of the inauguration was a hive of activities as guests, including the outgoing governor and his wife, have arrived.

Governor CHARLES SOLUDO called for the collaboration of Anambra people as he implements his SOLUDO solution for the development of the state.

The former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor took the oath of office alongside his deputy, ONYEKA IBEZIM.

In his inaugural speech, Gov. SOLUDO promised to hit the ground running, saying some key members of his government will be announced in a few hours.
