The Senate has said it would debate the invasion of the residence of the Supreme Court Justice, MARY ODILI, next week.

The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Judiciary, Human Rights and Legal Matters, Senator OPEYEMI BAMIDELE, said this during a visit to the Chief Justice of Nigeria in his office in Abuja.

Senator BAMIDELE noted that the red chamber cannot pretend not to be aware of the embarrassing situation regarding the invasion of the residence of Justice MARY ODILI, saying that the Senate will take the matter seriously.

Senator OPEYEMI BAMIDELE, also vowed to treat the issue as a matter of urgent national importance at plenary.
