Over 100 German nationals living in Nigeria have completed airport security formalities ahead of their evacuation to Frankfurt from the international wing of the Lagos Airport.

This came after Germany, Israel, and France evacuated their nationals following the rising cases of corona virus disease in the country.

An airport security official also confirmed to newsmen that airlines are on ground to airlift many more French and American nationals purportedly stranded in the country.
