Nigerian gospel singer-songwriter, OSINACHI JOSEPH better known as SINACH has become the first African to top the Billboard USA Christian songwriter’s chart.

The singer revealed on her Twitter page that she has been topping for seven weeks.

SINACH, is a senior worship leader at Loveworld Ministries and is known for hit songs including `Way Maker,’ `He Did it Again,’ `I know who I Am,’ among others.

The Billboard USA is the music industry standard record chart for songs published weekly by Billboard magazine.

The chart rankings are based on sales (both online and physical), radio play and online streaming.
