The National Working Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has named the Oyo State Governor, SEYI MAKINDE, as Chairman of its campaign council for the Ondo State Governorship Election slated for October 10.

This was contained in a statement released by the National Publicity Secretary of the PDP, KOLA OLOGBONDIYAN, in Abuja.

The campaign council has all the state governors elected under the platform of the party, with Zamfara State Governor BELLO MATTAWALE named the deputy chairman of the campaign council.

Other members of the campaign council include serving and past governors, serving and past members of the National Assembly.
