Organized Labour in Rivers state has announced the suspension of its planned protest over what it termed “anti labour” policies and harassment of workers in the state.

The suspension followed a closed-door meeting with the state government yesterday.

Addressing the workers earlier today, the labour leaders said the decision to suspend the planned protest is as a result of the agreement reached with the state government.
