The Ogun State Government has commended the initiative of the Federal Polytechnic; Ilaro after the school designed a mechanical ventilator.

The Secretary to the State Government, TOKUNBO TALABI and the State Commissioner for Health, Doctor TOMI COKER during their visit to the institution today gave this commendation.

The Rector of the Institution, Architect OLUSEGUN OLANREWAJU ALUKO explained that he inaugurated the team a week ago to design the ventilator. 

He however called on the state Government to assist the institution towards mass production of the ventilator so as to make it available when required.
