The Nigeria Center for Disease Control NCDC has confirmed that the total number of corona virus recoveries in Nigeria has now surpassed 1000.

This was contained in a data released by the NCDC on their website which shows that there have been a total of 1070 recoveries.

A breakdown of the data shows that Lagos State has discharged 528 patients; Kano has 79 discharged patients, 72 in the Federal Capital Territory Abuja, while Ogun has discharged 46 patients.
