The Lagos State Government has approved an increase in the hazard allowance of health workers in the state public service from N5, 000 to N25, 000.

This was revealed in a circular dated April 21, 2020 and was signed by the Head of Service, HAKEEM MURI-OKUNOLA.

The circular stated that the gesture is an incentive to all health officers in the state, as front-line responders in the fight against the pandemic.
