The Joint Health Sector Unions (JOHESU) has suspended its seven-day warning strike across the country.

JOHESU National Chairman, JOSIAH BIOBELEMOYE, made this known in a statement at the end of its expanded National Executive Council meeting in Abuja. 

BIOBELEMOYE directed all members of the union to resume work today and also await further directives.

The health workers had embarked on the warning strike on September 14 following the failure of the government to meet their demands.
