A former vice-presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), PETER OBI, has asked the Federal Government to allow states to operate their regional security system.

OBI, while speaking on a monitored programme, said the regional security system would help curb the myriads of security challenges the country faces.

The former Anambra Governor, added that his call for the nation’s restructuring is imperative because it appears the systems that is operating over time is not producing the needed result.
