Teams of Chinese doctors have set off to Ethiopia and Burkina Faso to support efforts to fight the corona virus pandemic.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson ZHAO LIJIAN announced the development, saying the teams will share experience; provide guidance and technical advice on epidemic prevention in the two countries.

Their exact number is unspecified, but they are drawn from the Sichuan Province and Tianjin Municipality.
