Spanish side, Barcelona say they still plan to build a team around Captain LIONEL MESSI and are trying to convince him to stay.

The Club’s sporting director, RAMON PLANES disclosed after the MESSI told the club he wishes to exercise a clause allowing him to leave for free.

PLANES added that the club’s idea is to build a team around the most important player in the world, and build another winning cycle.
