A Chieftain of the governing All Progressives Congress (APC) and Director General of the Progressives Governors’ Forum (PGF), SALIHU MOH’D LUKMAN  has said the ongoing #EndSARS protests across the country is eroding the moral credibility of the ruling party and its leaders.

LUKMAN in a statement in Abuja stressed the need for the party to develop a strong national response and restore peace in the country, as it appears that the party is fast losing moral credibility which may affect it from presenting candidates in any election.

He condemned the lukewarm attitude of the party and its leadership to the challenges being faced in Lagos State.

The PGF boss particularly berated many federal government ministries and agencies for their inability to perform their functions as expected to curtail the on-going protest and the attendant crisis.

The APC Chief however urged President MUHAMMADU BUHARI to urgently take steps to overhaul the machinery of government.
