The APC Caretaker/ Extra-Ordinary National Convention Planning Committee has dissolved the party’s Executive Committee in Ebonyi State.

The party also announced the setting up of a 15 member caretaker executive as replacement. 

This was contained in a statement titled, signed by the party’s Deputy National Publicity Secretary, YEKINI NABENA, in Abuja.

The development followed the defection of the state governor, DAVE UMAHI, from the People’s Democratic Party PDP to the APC.

This comes after the PDP also dissolved the ward, local government and state executive committees of the Ebonyi State chapter and the South-East Zonal Caretaker Committee of the party.
