The spokesperson of the African Democratic Congress, Bolaji Abdullahi says everyone within the party has been assured of a level playing field in the build up to the 2027 elections by the party leadership.
Mr. Abdullahi said this when he featured on Super 92.7 FM, Lagos’ current affairs program, Spotlight adding that the party will attempt to present a consensus candidate.
He accused the ruling All progressives congress of being intolerant of criticism and accountability.
The ADC spokesperson dismissed the movement of governors into the ADC as an indicator that the president will win all their states in 2027.
He cited examples of Atiku Abubakar's running mate in the last election, Ifeanyi Okowa who despite being Governor at the time, the PDP lost the presidential elections in Delta State.
