The Federal Institute of Industrial Research (FIIRO), office in Oshodi, Lagos, near Cappa Bus Stop has been gutted by fire.

It was gathered that men of the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, in collaboration with the Lagos State Emergency Management Authority are currently on the ground to contain the incident.

Although no casualties have been reported so far, the fire has reportedly destroyed property worth millions of naira.

The cause of the fire remains unknown.
