The Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP) has criticized President BOLA TINUBU, accusing him of incompetence in managing the recent surge in fuel scarcity across Nigeria.
In a statement by CUPP spokesperson, Comrade MARK ADEBAYO, the Coalition alleged that the current artificially induced fuel scarcity nationwide is a ploy by the federal government to further increase fuel prices, thereby worsening the suffering of Nigerians.
ADEBAYO while criticising the Tinubu-led administration for its policy somersaults called for explanations from the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited over its significant debt of over nine trillion naira owed to fuel suppliers, who have reportedly threatened to halt supply.
