Bayer Leverkusen player, VICTOR BONIFACE will serve a one match ban in Germany for anti-sporting conduct.

BONIFACE showed Stuttgart players his middle finger after Bayer Leverkusen beat them on penalties in the German Super Cup.

The Nigeria international was charged after the game by the German Football Federation.

The 23-year-old will also play a fine of 25,000 Euro for the offence.

The player and the club have agreed to the verdict.
