South Korean President, YOON SUK YEOL has called for a working-level consultative body with North Korea.

President YEOL said the new inter-Korean working group could take up any issue ranging from relieving tensions to economic cooperation, people-to-people and cultural exchanges, and disaster responses. 

The South Korean leader added that he is ready to begin political and economic cooperation if North Korea takes just one step toward reducing or eliminating nuclear weapons.
