Fountain University in Osogbo will host the Southwest Zonal Elimination Playoff for the National Youth Games. Professor Olayinka Ramata Karim, the Vice-Chancellor of the university, has pledged comprehensive support for the event.

As a sports enthusiast, Professor Karim expressed her gratitude for selecting Fountain University as the venue and assured the visiting officials of the institution’s commitment to facilitating the event. She highlighted the need for all activities during the competition to align with the university’s Islamic values.

Professor Karim stated, “I urge the Directors to ensure that athletes respect the university’s rules and ethical standards during their stay. Fountain University operates under Islamic principles, and all activities are conducted in accordance with Almighty Allah’s guidance.”

The zonal coordinator and the General Manager of the Osun State Sports Council acknowledged the university’s cooperation and committed to following its guidelines.
