Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun CON, has directed the Chairman of the Civil Service Commission to refund all administrative fees related to the ongoing civil service recruitment. This directive was issued through a statement from the Secretary to the State Government, addressing the Chairman. The fees in question, which have been standard practice for decades, are collected by the Commission on behalf of third-party independent examiners who oversee the CBT tests and centers.

In a gesture of goodwill and in response to the current economic climate, the State Government has instructed the immediate refund of all previously paid fees and announced a waiver for any new application fees. This action aligns with the recruitment exercise's goal to ease citizens' hardships and create job opportunities in the state.
