The Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC has issued a directive to telecommunications operators, to simplify their tariff plans, bundles, and promotional activities.
According to NCC, the move aims to provide clear, easy-to-understand, and accurate information about the cost of voice, short messaging service, and data services to subscribers.
It also emphasized that while adhering to these new guidelines, operators must continue to meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) standards outlined in the Quality of Service (QoS) Regulations.
The agency added that the move is designed to enhance consumer satisfaction and ensure a fair and transparent telecommunications market in Nigeria.
