Governor BABAJIDE SANWO-OLU has praised residents of the Lagos state for their peaceful disposition to the nationwide hunger and hardship protests.
A statement by the Commissioner in charge of the Lagos State Ministry of Information and Strategy, GBENGA OMOTOSO, said the maintenance of law and order by the protesters, has won the admiration of the governor.
He also noted that the message of hunger and hardship being passed by the protesters has been heard loud and clear by the government.
OMOTOSO urged Lagosians to go about their businesses without any fear as security agents will continue to ensure that Lagos State is safe and that businesses can operate without any harassment.
