Not less than 22 players of Kwara United have been laid off ahead of the incoming season.

Confirming this to newsmen in Ilorin, the General Manager of the club, BASHIR BADAWIY said an additional 23 players from the Nigeria Premier Football League have been recruited to fortify the club ahead of the 2024/2025 NPFL season.

While addressing players and coaching crew of the club, BADAWIY also called on the players to avoid indiscipline and work with the philosophy of the club.
