The management of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund says 12 state government-owned tertiary institutions have been onboarded to the student loan application pool.

A statement signed by the Head, Media and Public Relations of the Fund, NASIR AYITOGO, noted that the onboarding followed the successful submission and verification of data completeness.

The Fund urged all institutions that are yet to submit their student’s data to the Student Verification Portal to do so to enable their students to benefit from the scheme.

It also called on states whose data has been captured and successfully uploaded to urgently sensitize their students to apply, thereby bringing succor to students who are struggling financially whilst also bringing guaranteed revenue to the institutions.
