Akwa United striker, SANI SULEIMAN has been named Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Player of the Month for May/June.

SULEIMAN scored five goals for the former NPFL champions during the period under review.

The prolific forward won the award for the second time in the 2023/2024 season.

He registered 11 goals for the Promise Keepers during the campaign.

Sunshine Stars tactician, KENNEDY BOBOYE claimed the Coach of the Month award.

BOBOYE guided Sunshine Stars to four wins and one draw in six outings in the month.
