The Senate is set to resume plenary session today as opposed to its early proposed July 2 resumption.
The Senate had adjourned its sitting to the 2nd of July to Celebrate Sallah, but however decided to resume earlier to address National and Constitutional Matters.
The Spokesperson of the Senate, Senator YEMI ADARAMODU made this known.
ADARAMODU said the Senate hopes to deal with issues concerning further oversight on the Appropriations and other issues of constitutional and electoral concerns.
He added that the upper Legislative Chamber will consider outstanding bills and motions, before proceeding for its annual recess, later in the year.
