North Korea has again taken to launching what appear to be trash-laden balloons into South Korea.

South Korea's Military advised citizens to be cautious of falling debris.

Residents have also been warned not to touch them.

Tensions are always high between the two neighbours, still not formally at peace following the Korean War of the early 1950s.
