The Governor of Lagos State, BABAJIDE SANWO-OLU, has assured that the state will ensure that students at Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, benefit from the Federal Government’s student loan scheme administered by the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND).

Speaking at the 27th Convocation of LASU, Governor SANWO-OLU explained that under his administration, the Lagos State Government is committed to empowering students in state-owned tertiary institutions to unlock their full potential.

He emphasized that society has a responsibility to educate youths of the importance of academic excellence, which according to him, must never be underestimated or taken for granted.
