The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) has unveiled a Service Charter, a programme designed to enhance accountability, transparency, and efficiency in service delivery in the Nigerian maritime domain.

The Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, GBOYEGA OYETOLA, while unveiling the programme in Abuja stated that the launch of the Service Charter is a significant milestone in the effort to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and customer focus of the Maritime Sector.

OYETOLA further stated that the NIMASA Service Charter is a step in the right direction, aligning efforts with international best practices and setting a new standard for service delivery in the Maritime Sector.
