Royal Fathers from the South-South geopolitical zone met with President BOLA TINUBU at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, where they presented a catalogue of demands for the government.

The paramount rulers under the aegis of South South Monarch Forum lamented that the area produces the wealth of the nation but has nothing to show for it.

Briefing State House correspondents at the end of the meeting with the President, Chairman of Delta State Traditional Rulers, FELIX MUJAKPIRUO, said that issues bordering on dilapidation of infrastructure were presented to the President.

According to him, the region that produces the resources for the country is suffering in the midst of plenty.

He, however, noted that the President said he would look at the requests and do the needful.
