The federal government has launched a new Monitoring and Evaluation Reporting Template for stakeholders of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.
The new template was conceptualized and presented to the oil and gas stakeholders by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board at a sensitization workshop organized recently by the Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate of the Board in Lagos.
The Board, in a statement, said this is in line with the provisions of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act 2010 and the Nigerian Content 10-Year Strategic Roadmap.
The General Manager of Upstream Monitoring of the Board, JEFFERSON TUATONGHA, encouraged stakeholders to provide their feedback on the template by the end of November 2023.
He further assured them that stakeholders’ comments and inputs would be considered before the template is finalised and issued for implementation.
