President BOLA TINUBU has asked the Senate to screen and confirm 10 nominees for appointment as Resident Electoral Commissioners (RECs) of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for a term of five years.

President TINUBU’s request was contained in a letter read by the President of the Senate, GODSWILL AKPABIO at plenary.

The President in his letter asked members of the Red Chamber to give speedy consideration to his request.
