The Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General TAOREED LAGBAJA, has assured personnel that the Army under his watch will prioritise the welfare of troops.
General LAGBAJA said this during the Passing Out Parade of 6,000 Recruits of the 85 Regular Recruit Intake.
The Army chief promised to ensure that soldiers enjoyed a befitting accommodation.
He also promised that plans were ongoing to improve the service delivery of Army’s hospitals across the country to enable them handle “battle casualties”.
