The acting Inspector-General of Police (IGP) KAYODE EGBETOKUN has authorised a “thorough” investigation of the death of singer ILERIOLUWA ALOBA, popularly known as MOHBAD.

The Force Public Relations Officer, MUYIWA ADEJOBI disclosed this in a post on his official Twitter account.

According to MUYIWA ADEJOBI, the IGP has directed the Commissioner of Police (CP), Lagos State Command, IDOWU OWOHUNWA to deploy resources to carry out an in-depth investigation on the matter.

He added that the IGP promised the CP of adequate support on the case.
