The Nigeria Union of journalists (NUJ) Edo State Council has recognized and awarded Super FM reporter, Esther Owolabi and 14 other journalists for their excellent performance in the practice of journalism.

Edo NUJ Chairman, Comrade Festus Alenkhe noted that the award was in recognition of years of dedication to journalism and professionalism.

The event which took place at the NUJ Press Centre also served as a Grand Reception in honour of the immediate past Minister of State, for Budget and National Planning, Prince Clem Agba, CON. 

Esther Owolabi has distinguished herself as a highly rated reporter covering the activities of lawmakers at the Edo State House of Assembly, among other assigned beat.
