Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki has extolled the virtues of former Edo Commissioner for Agriculture, Sir Chris Agbowanegbe, describing him as very distinguished and someone who cares so much about his people.

The governor spoke in Benin City, during the celebration of the 70th birthday anniversary of Agbonwanegbe.

Governor Obaseki said he holds the celebrant in high esteem for his consistency in following up on developments across the state and bringing to his attention issues of state that require his interventions.

Earlier in his remark, the former Governor of Edo State, Chief Lucky Igbinedion, who was the chairman of the occasion, congratulated the celebrant for his consistency and loyalty.
