Vice President Kashim Shettima has arrived in Rome to represent President Bola Tinubu at the United Nations Food Systems Summit in Rome as well as the Russia-Africa Summit.

In a statement by his spokesman, Olusola Abiola, at the Rome event, the Vice President will join other global leaders for the first Stocktaking Moment Summit scheduled from Monday, 24^th to Wednesday, 26^th of July.

While in Russia, the Vice President will join other political and business leaders at the 2^nd Russia–Africa Summit and Russia–Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum.
