Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki has approved the assignment of portfolios to the new Commissioners who were recently inaugurated as members of the Edo State Executive Council (EXCO).

A statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Osarodion Ogie said Christopher Nehikhare will take over the Ministry of Communication and Orientation, Dr. Joan Osa-Oviawe - Ministry of Education, Isoken Omo - Ministry of Housing, Urban and Regional Planning & Development, Stephen Idehenre - Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security.

Monday Osaigbovo was deplored to the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Enaholo Ojiefo to the Ministry of Mining and Energy, amongst others.
