Edo State deputy governor, Comrade Philip Shuaibu, has charged the incoming lawmakers into the state House of Assembly to put their constituencies first.

He gave this charge during the 7th Assembly Praise and Thanksgiving Night at the legislative quarters in Benin City.

Comrade Shaibu, while reminiscing on his days as a legislator, said achievements made while in the position of authority will always be remembered.

The immediate past speaker of the house, Marcus Onobun said although the 7th Assembly had a rocky start, it was able to weather the storm.
